I dont have any issues with running rich anymore. The problem was the MAF was positioned higher than it was designed so only half of the sensor was exposed to the air coming in. It was not able to get correct readings. All good now though.
I periodically watch maf, o2, and all fuel trims. I am now also monitoring IAT.
