Yeah I was kind of helpless when it came to waiting because there was nothing I could really do. I kept calling corporate and my service center but I would get the same response every time. Honestly the customer relations team and the executive customer care people are a joke and have no real knowledge of parts availability and are just really there to string you along with anything regarding the N63 engine. These past 8 months of waiting have shown me why I will not be buying a BMW in the future.
