Hmm. I would recommed trying a different tune, or reach out to PTF, they have great customer service. Like I said, when I first tuned I had some odd issues, occasional idle stutter was the worst. When I went to retune, they had recently put out an update to the same tune and it ran better after reflashing.
You could check out the thread about the transmission reset procedure, this has helped others who had issues with the acceleration being smooth.
