It was a MUST for my Dianan install. Lol. They are good for customer service though. I had a technical problem and they gave me a two free days of extended access. You need to be technically proficient and understand BMW TIS software for location of repair procedures.
But excellent source for a project. You can print out all procedures for the job you are going to do. Which is a nice feature and makes 30 bucks worth it.
