I've got excessive engine vibration at standstill in traffic but also suffer from the vibration between 65-76mph (roughly).
Thanks in advance!

Hi
The engine mounts were done under warranty/goodwill by BMW park lane after a dealer charged me for work not done (proven by dashcan footage)
The gearbox mounting was a febi one which was relatively inexpensive (<£30) and cost £10 labour to have it fitted by my local independent, very easy to install if you have a lift and a means to support the gearbox while you swap them over
The rear diff mount made a marginal difference in the jerking feeling I used to get when letting go of the accelerator pedal although this may just be in my head.
Your vibration between 65-75 points more toward tyres, mine at that speed only disappeared after a good tyre shop road force balanced them and pointed out one wheel which was ever so slightly buckled (this was replaced ) and all was well
My new problem is lipped brake discs which is causing a brake judder which I really can't be arsed to change as it's not always there and brakes were only changed 10k miles ago!
Let us know how you get on
