What I was saying was to change the oil more regularly than the service schedule and use different oil.
The CBS may require an oil change up to every 19,000. I would half that. A main dealer may use the cheapest LL04 oil it can, I would use Castrol Edge LL04.
It's quite possible that the first owner may have done horrible things to your car, which will never be known.
