Extend steering wheel as far out and down as possible. Use two small screwdrivers in the vent holes above the cluster to pry down the retaining clips- check youtube for this.
Wiggle out the cluster, disconnect harness.
Remove 4x T10 screws on the back, disengage the plastic retaining clips that connect the front of the plastic shield to the cluster. It should slide right off. Be careful with what you use to clean the plastic, it scratches easily
