Had to have someone come out and program my DME so I tried this "mobile tech" guy to avoid paying towing. Do not ever use him. Doesn't know much about f10s and will charge you no matter if he can do a job or not. I ended up using a locksmith "einsteins" and nathan was awesome. Came out and couldn't do it the first time, no charge, and came back with the correct cable the next day. Completely reprogrammed the entire car with updated factory firmware. He re coded every module. Car runs like brand new now.
