Does the auxiliary waterpump for the turbos turn on when the car is on? I dont have any water in the lines running to my turbo; when turning on the car (not starting) I hear the lower main radiator heater core pump running but the one under the turbo expansion tank does not run. Fuses looked fine and its plugged in.

Not sure if it was working before as I purchased the car with a seized motor.
