Coincidentally I actually picked up an OEM M5 diffuser (gloss black) and Cyba Tips over the weekend, gonna throw them on next week and then probably do a muffler delete until I can afford the Performance exhaust.

so the m5 exhaust tips sit slightly differently than the 550i tips..
check this pic you can see where the OEM diffuser was cut for the m5 exhaust to fit with stock diffuser, also you have to change the bumper adapter to add the diffuser check this thread
