The only effect will be that if the overall diameter is 3.5% bigger (as .BMW. stated) the speedometer may be slightly off. That is the reason people try to stay within 3%, anything over will make your speedo off. The difference would be minimal, but it will be there. If you're good with that, then those tires will work fine.
It is more of an effect on larger tires like 20", where those sizes tend to be intended for light trucks (pickups and SUVs) rather than cars.
