2010 2011 BMW 5 Series Forum F10 - View Single Post - What is this robotic/whistle sound/noise from engine after shut off

I've got a fan in my garage and if I place it in front of the air dam, the car will constantly make that noise on and off. It stops shortly afterward. Very weird, but I've been assured all is perfectly normal.
