Probably tires are out of balance. When I worked at Sears Automotive I can recall a high amount of complaints with steering wheel vibrations and alot of if it was because of wheel weights coming off. Also, when was the last time you had an alignment done? Once the tire has improper wear even after getting the tires rebalanced and rotated in alot of cases will not fix the vibrations because of the improper tire wear. And the last thing I can think of is worn tierods, LCA's and bushings
