First off, your local dealer will not touch it...forget that..unless you're family with the shop foreman and he can do this off book.. I don't believe there was ever a "retrofit" offered by BMW for Night vision on the F10s.

(You can buy multiple of these and just shave off the key as needed to make them fit the white connector)
Since you already have LED Adaptive headlights, all you need to to extend the Can3 connections to the Dynamic Spot lights and also of course use the correct connector for them (if I can locate the connector part number or link, I'll send you)
You'll get to be one of the very very few with this setup here in the US! Good luck
