You could do what I did... I could open the valve with a remote. I had it zipped tied but it drones on the highway.... so I decided to have a switch.

Question - Can I easily install that after the new mufflers have been hung? I am assuming you can.
If possible I would like to see what it is like keeping them closed/open 100% of the time before I spend time & money installing a remote controlled valve. |
Yes you can do it after the muffler is installed... that is what I did... the exhaust flap is controlled by a vacuum... some people run the vacuum from the engine all the way to the back but I didn't want to deal with that nor have to worry about vacuum leaks later on down the road..
