So my sons PlayStation 4 is totally frozen. Took it to Best Buy where I bought it they said they couldn't do anything for it. Took it to a local computer shop. He tried all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. Told me to send it back to Sony. Just got off the phone with a Sony CSA and they are sending me a box and prepaid postage to send it in for service.I find it a little ridiculous that Best Buy could not help me. The unit was bought in October 2018. And I had the receipt.
