Not what I wanted to hear, but it's what I expected - thanks for confirming.
The only reason I got my hopes ever so slightly raised is the publication mentioned in
this thread stating the LCI changes include all 5 series models having Xenon Adaptive Headlights as standard. It's a US summary though so perhaps it's market-specific. Pity. I'd probably have paid for the option if speccing a new vehicle but I doubt it's realistically retro-fittable.
