"No Title Required" What is that?
I finally found a car that I like (2015 year), but its a lemon buyback at auction....which i dont mind especially if its sold with discount. The problem is that it says for some reason it has no title and in comments sections it says title is not required. Its there something I dont know about Buybacks? Why is title not required and how am I supposed to register it then?
