I got 2014 BMW 525i Xdrive, running 245*40R19 Goodyear Eagle runflat tires.

I hate the ride or the tires. Planning on changing. Thinking about going 245/45R19.

Dealer told me they do not recommend that, even if I go square. "Will mess up with AWD sensors"

I do not think it will mess up with AWD system, if I get same larger tire diameter all 4 wheels right?

I can choose between:

1. New Michelin Pilot 3 plus A/S 245/45R19, Non-runflat,

2. Never used but 5 year old stored-in-garage Michelin Primacy MXM4 245/45R19 run-flat.

Will these two vary a lot in performance? As I researched if tires garaged 5 years is not an issue.

What do u guys think?
