Tires- 0-60mph in the 2 second range will quickly eat away the lifespan of some very costly tires.
Such quickness is of little value on the public roads. I wouldn't want a car capable of such times. Because 99.9% of the time I would be carrying tires, engine, chassis that I simply don't need. Most of the time just a decent amount of throttle on my m4 is more than enough.
