I'm not sure about the Germans as far as work schedule, but I was a Supervisor in an UAW Automotive Assembly plant and could never figure our when my employees would show up for work. The first nice Friday in the late Winter/Early Spring and you would think everyone would call off work and low and behold, everyone would show up. Then some random ass Wednesday, no weather issues, nothing going on, and I would have a bunch of call offs. I never knew what to expect.!!!! |
