I gotta fix a ticket on my e39 2 yrs ago while it was PARKED in SF for 5 hrs...
thats like getting fired on our day off!
I also gotta fix a ticket in Palo Alto, only cuz the cop couldn't catch me on radar for speeding (he mentioned that when he stopped me)
with the tint, usually if cops can see your face, you're good, unless the cop really wants to be a dick. Besides I usually drive around with the sunroof panel open to let more light in...
