I bought a 2014 535d in December and haven't spent a moment regretting it.
It's a terrific car whether you feel like loping along on the freeway in economy mode and getting 38 mpg at low rpm's or hitting Sport and feeling the torque propel you like an nutty locomotive.
No issues at all in first 5k miles.
