Thumbs up

Hi all,

I recently did the upgrade from the first page (items below) and thought I'd give some feedback. Thanks to .BMW. for the original research.

I got the calipers with carriers from the US off a 750i F01 and bought new discs. The purpose the car is used for involves lots of frequent hard braking with quite a bit of weight in the boot. The stock brakes always felt like they were on the limit and would start fading after 5 or 6 hard applications.

This new setup doesn't grab like the stock ones did in slow moving traffic and which is especially noticeable when auto-brake is enabled. I've not noticed any fade whatsoever during hard use and there's also less dust (bonus!).

2k miles and all good so far

Steve
