Started my bimmer, inserted it thru the port and started downloading. 20 minutes later, it's history for me. Successfully updated my Navigation system to 2019.
Though I was provided the FSC code by BMW but it didn't even asked to enter them during the entire update. Just curious why....

3 possibilities:
1) Car already had lifetime FSC code entered
2) BMW has some coding on the flash drive that bypasses it. For easy end user install.
3) The maps didn't actually update? But its probably one or two.
