Help pls 528I codes
Hi,
I have a 2013 528 XDRIVE. The car has been good until randomly one negative temp morning it gave me the dreaded drivetrain malfunction warning.
The Codes I currently have are:
P1338
P0171
U1164(I accidently left the MAF unplugged when starting it one day so I'm assuming its from this)
Car has valve cover oil leak, there is smoke coming from where its leaking on the exhaust according to BMW.
Car starts (takes an extra 3 seconds to start). Runs fine for about 30 seconds although drivetrain malf warning comes on. After the 30 seconds it won't stall but will idle rough and the RPMs will bounce. Hardly any power at all. Need some help trouble shooting. I switched the Cam sensors and it didn't change the codes at all.
