Well, I know at least one person has done it.
I did a bunch of searching and couldn't find anything. A bunch of threads about biggest front tire/wheel size, maximum square setup, stretched narrow tires on wide wheels, but nothing came up showing a 275 on the front of a stock bodywork/non-M5 F10.
