Fact - US spec cars do not get the 706 Msport suspension that the 13's did (verified by BMWNA)
Fact - Nobody here has tested for themselves how the 14 and 13 Msports feels with passive suspension
Fact - Nobody knows if the old 706 Msport suspension is better than the current suspension in the LCI's
Fact - BMW has publicly announced one of the biggest enhancements of the 5 LCI is better handling and steering which was verified by atleast one magazine test so far (edmunds)

I see ur in NY - I invite u to drive my car with the M Sport Suspension and see for yourself.
Stop believing the BMW Marketing about improved handling/steering.
They took away the only suspension that offered those improvements - stiffer springs/shocks, thicker Anti-Roll Bars, and most important More Direct/Heavier Steering that doesnt feel so artificial.
BTW i speak from owning a 2012 528i Msport with DDC - it was complete crap especially coming from an E92.
