I usually get my OEM type parts from ECStuning in the US. Depending on the price of shipping I will have it shipped to Canada or sent to a shadow address in the US and go over the border to pick it up.
If quality is not a top priority, there are a few okay sellers on ebay that will ship for free to Canada.
