N63 lawsuit is only for certain years. Up to 2012 with the 650i I recently learned. I just bought my dream car a few months ago and it burns a quart of oil every 500 miles.
Hopefully bmw will step up. I'll be bringing it to bmw dealer to see what's up.
Is bmw North America a different company?
