I find it quite the opposite. Only on the last part though.

Support in BMW is better in everyway, especially thigh support if you have long legs like me, seat was a little short on the volvo V70.

What was better on the V70 is the softness compared to the BMW, which I notice on my butt. The legs are better though.

In the end the the BMW sport seats exhaust me less than the volvo did but mileage may vary as not every human-body is the same. (I am quite tall, long legs but relatively short upper body and skinny body/shoulders.)

I have also friends who say that Volvo seats are better but also friends who say nothing beats BMW sport seats. And some say their peugeot seats are the best they ever tried.
