Taking this up with the General Manager (Service Manager is useless, as I know corporate to be too). Even if I drop $700 on a new battery, I'm not letting this go. Can't believe it's come to this. Complete disgrace. Total shame. Any advice / insight welcome.
By the way, I always take the key and lock the car.
Otherwise, does Mercedes or Audi have these battery problems, and if so, how do they handle same?
