Finally got Icom to connect was pretty simple!
I also was able to ready the modules and find one TFL module that is missing CAFL So Im assuming that must be the replaced module. Flying blind here.

For fixing the headlight moisture I will be removing and replacing the front lens cover. I just did not realize the housings need to be cut.
