M sport steering wheel on non m sport 535
Hi Everyone I own a 2016 535i and my steering wheel is not looking so hot. I can get my hands on a almost perfect M sport lci steering wheel.
So my question is is this swap a plug and play or does require some coding afterwards? Thank you everyone in advance

WAG based on swapping E90 steering wheels, but it should be fine. If you don't get a more definitive answer, maybe check on RealOEM and see if the clock spring and harnesses are the same across years, and if so, that'll give you some peace of mind. Or raise more questions!

They are direct plug and play. Just make sure it have the same option your current one have like heated, lane departure or adaptive cruise. It’s ok to have more but not less. If you have more then those features won’t work. If new one have less features, you are loosing features
