Question Runs for 1/2 second, then dies. No codes?

I hope someone can help me out on this one. Our 14 535i with 92k miles will start for just a second then dies. Only warning is the ignition is switched on, no other alerts or codes? I have a Foxwell scanner that is up to date. Funny thing is I scanned it and after disconnecting the scanner I tried to crank it again and it started up and run the rest of the day. It did idle rough for a few seconds when it started, almost like it had air in the fuel line but that doesn’t make sense because it has fuel and starts immediately starts to settle down then dies. Next day it was back to not running again. Any help or pointers would be appreciated 👍🏼

After checking the battery I found it was only charging to 10-11 volts and dropping down to 7 volts when starting the car. When idling it would maintain 13 volts. It was also the factory battery so I replaced the battery and could only find the same rating in stock at the local parts house(O’reillys). This is the one I went with Super Start Platinum Battery Group Size 95R H9 - 95RPLT. From what I read BMW quiet using this size battery? Either way it is a direct replacement and hopefully last half as long as the factory unit. Hope this fixes the no run issue and helps someone out.

Possibly alternator or voltage regulator, but seems like you would get codes for that.
