BMW 2013 535 F10 system going crazy

Hey guys, recently I was away and didn’t used my car to a couple of weeks, when I came back I noticed my passenger side window was down (open) even though when I left it was fully up (closed) I tried closing the window it’s not working, I start the car the instrument cluster change measuring units now it’s on KM not miles like before, my AC is working fine but it’s only blowing from the passenger side. When I turn on the car it’s showing a lot faults on the drive And all of these issues happen ever since I was away because before everything was perfect. No body has used my car. HELP PLEASE MAYBE CODING ISSUES IDK

Check the battery first.

I’ll defer to the coding experts to help you.

I am just thinking of the easy things I’d check first. I’d next check codes w Protool, as well as put my hands on the grounding cables to make sure they’re not loose or broken…not sure how many on the F10, but there are three on the E70. I’d also check the alternator voltage regulator.

sorry not more help.
