F10, 2010, 525D, N57 (single turbo), 208k km

I have a CEL and some errors but mainly interested about this:

• 257E00 - Exhaust gas recirculation position sensor, signal: open circuit or short circuit to ground

What can this mean? EGR needs to be replaced? Some sensor or just something marginal needs to be replaced like wiring or fuse?

I also have some more errors:

• 244800 Info - Particulate filter system: Limited residual running distance of the particulate filter available
• 241A00 - Glow control unit, diagnostic feedback: Engine configuration or glow plug type does not match the glow control unit
• 2AB900 - Glow plug control unit, diagnostic feedback: Mixed installation of different types of glow plugs detected

I believe the DPF one is an automated info message (DPF seems fine, ash mass 47g, soot mass 17g, avg regen 482km, last regen 242km) which just needs a reset.

The glow plug one is maybe trickier, its up for 1+ year, when they were replaced could be incorrect, could be just differing resistance due to age (it wasn't all replaced at once afaik), could be the glow plug control module. I suppose i have to change all 6 plugs and the module too to be safe?

(Sidenote: before the CEL came up about a week ago I had a dying battery which caused multiple errors and limp mode and blocking the automatic transmission, but after replacing the battery and clearing codes these came back.)
