Forged 1
Hi there, anyone here from Hong Kong ordered Forged 1 wheels from wheeladdicts before? I'm thinking to get a set of 20" Seven Mesh concave for my coming F10 520i, any other recommendation?

Not sure because when I ordered with them, there were no official dealers for Morrs in Hong Kong. But in any case, if you go down the custom-made wheels route, you will want to be able to work closer with the manufacturers and i think Jorge from wheeladdicts is a big help on that.

Let the guy decide.
Edit: If you think it was directed to you then you guys seriously have a problem. Customer feedback are either positive or negative. If you can't take the negative comments and improve. I don't know what that says about the quality of your product. But I do like to hear your view on this, you think what mlai has experience is negative? If so how can you guys turn it around? It was just a friendly advise for a fellow mate in HK, perhaps he is not as picky as some of your customers and will accept the industry standard finishing and delays.

The reason I asked is because it sounds as if you are implying that the thread that mlai wrote was about us failing him in some way. From what I understand mlai was upset at the service he received from Morr.
I could be 100% wrong but mlai has been receiving very attentive service from us and his frustration was with Morr. Like you say though maybe "the guy" should find out from the source. So "the guy" should go directly to mlai and ask if he feels Wheel Addicts has failed him in some way. Better yet, mlai, please feel free to elaborate. Quote:

Guys! To clarify, my issues were with the wheels manufacturer Morr, not with Wheelsaddicts. Jorge from wheelsaddicts has been going out of his way, and then some to help me get the situation resolved, and has always tried to be helpful and courteous.
My experience is that the are somethings that are the manufacturer's issues and the dealers are basically held hostage as well as the customers. Worse yet, because the dealer sits in the middle, they get flaked from both ends. In short, will I do business via Jorge again? Hell yeah! Morr? well, let's see how they fix things first. As of this day, wheels are still at Morr. They were supposed to give me updates last week but no words yet.

Jorge, if your business is straight up then you have got nothing to worry about. As I said, the customer will clear your name if you are doing a good job and mlai just prove that. I know there's nothing you can do about the people at MORR but I really hate seeing other forum member bitching about things because they buy on impulse without some research.
