Hey all, I'm tossing around the idea of a new car since I did pretty much everything I wanted to the F10. Totally no rush, and I'm very firm with the downpayment since it's less than I put out of pocket. If you shop around you will see that the payment is very good for the options I have on the car (pretty much all options except ceramic knobs, soft close doors and HUD) Mods can all be left on car if you want them.. (I will make you deals on all/any of the parts and you won't have to pay for any of the installs since they are all on me ) My last 3 BMW's were all either lease transfer sales or acquisitions, so I've been on both sides of the transaction several times and I'm very familiar with the process. It's 7-10 business days from start to finish and very simple. Let me know if you have any questions.. email works best (in my sig). - 16,*** miles - took delivery 4/27/12 - lease over 4/27/15 - 26 months left - 10k miles a year - $65,175 sticker price - $38,465 buyout at end of lease - $829.40 payment WITH NJ TAX - Nothing out of pocket except the $500 transfer fee if you want the car stock Mods: - 20" MORR VS8.2 | silver hand brush finish with clear - 19" OEM M351 wheels and tires - 255/35/20 and 285/30/20 Falken FK-452 - JB Stage 2 tune - KW V1 coilovers - Custom dual quad exhaust painted black with muffler by-pass - JL Motoring CF Hamann style front lip - JL Motoring CF trunk lip painted half AW and half exposed CF - Lamin-X tinted headlight protection - OEM gloss black kidney grills - IND gloss black fender trim - IND AW painted bumper reflectors - OEM M5 diffuser painted gloss black - painted gloss black roof, shark fin, and roof rails More pics - https://picasaweb.google.com/1069916...PqP9Pza-8HE9gE Full Ultimate Klasse blog write-up and pics: http://*******************/2012/09/b...0-535-m-sport/ Last edited by Bart@AUTOcouture; 04-22-2013 at 08:45 AM.. |

This also is a great deal to whoever wants to mod the car, since I'll discount all the mods significantly and they don't have to pay for installs on what's already on the car. Last edited by Bart@AUTOcouture; 09-06-2012 at 01:43 PM.. |

Since I opened AUTOcouture Motoring a few years ago with Sal that's all changed. My last 2 M3's I sold modded (both were leases) and I ended up doing pretty well on them. Customers sometimes fall in love with the car as is and we negotiate to where it both makes sense for us. My E92 M3 was bought out as a lease with all the mods on it, and my E90 M3 was lease swapped with all the mods on it, and both customers, and myself, we're beyond happy with the outcome. This F10 is no different. The deal I got on the car to begin with is great since it's my 5th BMW, and for someone looking to mod the car in the same fashion as me, this is a ridiculously good deal when you find out what I'm asking for the mods. All my recent sales start out as feelers and in no way am I desperate to get out of the car, but everything I have is always for sale (besides my Wife ). There is way too many cars out there that I would scoop up and mod and flip again if I get the chance to. Life is too short to drive the same car for 2-3, 5, 10.. years. I'm not one to hang on to cars. I know some people are, but not me. I can see how it "seems dumb" T-man, but I can assure you - I'll be alright Thanks for the bump. |

Sorry guys, not interested at all, sorry. If the car doesn't get scooped up by someone and I keep it, it will stay modded until I start changing up the look. If someone takes the lease over and doesn't want all the mods and I have stuff that I have to take off, those parts will be for sale. Alternatively, let me know what you are looking for, I can get you everything that's on the car, new. |

Thanks for explaining your situation although not needed as its none of my business. I envy you, I wish I could get into a new car every 2-3 years. Sounds like you got a good plan that seems to work. Keep it up. |
