Hi all,
I'm new to the forum and just recently received my 528i on Monday and installed a set of m5 345 wheels yesterday, please see below photos, will take some more soon... Just one questions about the wheels setup, since I installed the wheels yesterday, there's noises coming from the brake when I hit the brake on my car, noises pop up when its around 0-5km before it fully stopped, anyone know if thats to do with the wheel or something else? is there a way to fix it? thank you, |

You trade in your 19" Msport wheel for this? The tires sidewall for the m5 19" is taller than the regular 5ser 19" set up. The noise most likely is coming from the brake disc.

The noise is from the edge of brake pad touching the disc. But I am not sure because the new offset for your wheel affect that.

Tell the service guy the brake making noise when almost stop and going down hill. They will put something behind the pad to kill the noise! No need to worry, it's easy fix.

I m more worry about the incorrect offset which can disrupt the handling of the car more then the noise from the brake.

The handling seems to be ok and nothing major... It's just the noise coming from the brake... Would it be the offset cause that noise? Any way we can solve it???

A bmw 19 for other model, same offset except back is +3mm, not a big difference. Is is front or back? I only get front, worse when it is humid. |

I don't really notice any noise. You have to replicate that to the SA so they can fix it for you if you take it into the shop.

Hi there, Yes the M-pack comes with sport seats....
But i just find out that they don't have the side support adjust (the side adjust to tighten up as a bucket seat, don't know what they called) My E90 sport seat has it, so is that true they don't have it for the current F10 sport seat now? |

Hey Chris, My 528 is white with Cinnamon Brown...i can take some interior photo later this week if needed... The side support i meant is the sport seat where you can adjust the side seat to allow it to make it more holding your body as a buckle seat at your personal need...i had it on my E90 sport seat and the E70 sport seat...but it looks like it doesn't come with the F10... |
