Parts are coming in this became more work than i thought.... got some parts from Devils Own for quick release. And BMS parts slowly appearing in mail.

Dude, I found just what you need!
I've seen these before, and I think this will make install WAY easier! You cut a hole in the hoses, and clamp these assemblies on! Perfect fit, and only $14.99 each. I would hold off on welding, and give these a shot. Here's the link: http://www.siliconeintakes.com/produ...roducts_id=500

Thats an incorrect airflow path. Air enters the turbo from the intake and is shot out from the spot you see to be cooled. The reason i asked is because ive worry about condensation build up in the intercoolers. But if terry is doing it if must be good 👍

That sucks dude. It looked like stainless to me, but I was just checking for how deep the flange went into the hose.
I guess the idea is the same, you just need two aluminum bungs and a short section of aluminum tubing with similar diameters. Is your guy set up to weld aluminum?
