2011-2015 F10 BMW M5 BREMBO Calipers
I have a set of 2015 BMW F10 M5 BREMBO Brake Calipers for sale. They came off a M5 with less than 500 miles on them, as the owner went with the Carbon Brake setup right after he bought the car. These will fit 2011-2015 F10's with brake adapter for F10 axle. Selling for $1000.00 plus shipping and 3.5% PayPal fee if paid by goods and services option, or you can pickup locally. I purchased these originally for my F10 retrofit Project, then another set came up with front AND rear calipers, so even though many people just retrofit the Front brakes, as the rear have been reported to be the same on F10 and M5's, I had the new front and rear set painted in a custom color so there was no downtime on my car. As it appears people do not pay attention to pictures, be sure to notice there are some minor paint chipping on the calipers (they ARE used) These are all primarily on sections you cannot see when installed (you can observe this in detail on the 5th picture. It appears when they removed the caliper they laid it on its top) The only thing that is seen when installed are the ///M symbol on the sides, and the exposed areas look in to be very good shape, AGAIN, (see pics and ask if there is the slightest question). I can of course send close ups of any section if you like, just ask me. I paid 1200 dollars plus shipping. The calipers are the same part number 2011-2015 on all M5s and thus interchangeable on 2011-2015 550 models with axle adapter and brake line. (Please verify your car with www.realoem.com) and axle adapter manufacturer if you are modding a non M5 If any of the minor road debris chips or removal chips bother someone, these can be painted for about 200 dollars. That is what I did with my other set was to have them painted before install even though they were in mint condition. 3 coats of paint and then with clear coat, as bmw uses just one coat of paint. The rims I have show off large areas of the calipers and I plan to put my car into car shows, so this mattered to me, but may not matter to many others. BMW only puts one coat of paint on their calipers, so as soon as ANYTHING touches them, even removing the retaining springs, the paint flakes. Just a fact of life with BMW calipers and their stock paint work. They run $1000.00+ piece on eBay ($2000 total) or more, plus another couple hundred for brake pad springs, bleed valve covers and so forth. So you are getting a DEAL on this pair for $1000.00! Again, if someone wants perfect calipers, these can be painted at a body shop for about $200 dollars. But any chips are mostly in areas you will not see when mounted. I cannot emphasize enough how easily BMW OEM calipers chip. These are in perfect mechanical working condition as they came off a car that was just purchased new. Then the owner decided to put the carbon fiber brake setup on his M5. Last edited by mikekilpatrick; 06-13-2017 at 08:48 PM.. |

true, I am taking my car in on Wednesday for service. Running rich bank 1 and the dreaded oscillation so I would take the brakes off your hands but I have to wait to see what what the dealer says about the car.

One quick question. Does the M5 rotors are compatible in a f10 535i? Would I need anything else? I love how they look and that are OEM. Thanks

Here is a link to the set I had painted prior to install and they were brand new. Even just removing the Retaining springs on the calipers causes BMW paint to come off. They dont make them for super quality, just a 1 coat of paint over metal from BMW.

If the Road chips and removal scratches in the areas that are not seen when mounted bothers anyone, I can have my body shop powder coat these to they will be resistant to road debris. BMW only puts one coat of paint on their calipers and Front CF spoiler, so unless you have them custom painted, they are supseptible to easy paint damage when on the car. Most people do not care if there are scratches in places where you can not see it when installed on car, but if that is something that is a concern to you, these can be painted to look absolutely perfect for about 200 dollars. Considering these run over $1100.00 a piece (2200.00 total just for calipers) plus the Brembo bleeder valve covers, Brake retainer springs and so forth, getting a set with less than 500 miles on them at 1k is a great deal. But if you are building a show car, then the custom paint work might be an option for you.
