Does the Remus sport drone on the highway at all? I'll be in Dallas this Thurs-Sunday and could pick it up.

And it's the only mod I currently have and sounds nice to me. Even rpms under 2k the sound it's quite subtle. Hit me up when you are Dallas and you can listen for your self. The exhaust sounded best when I had, charge pipe, intake, catless dp and jb4 installed. It was more quiet but sounded much more aggressive. The bells and whistle sounds you get from the setup was addicting. I use to set off car alarms on cold starts. Last edited by Dat5er; 03-26-2019 at 06:46 AM.. |

Perfect timing! I'll text you Thursday on my way over. Is that a cut-out stock 535 diffuser or an aftermarket? BTW, I may be wrong but I think you'll need a sleeve type bracket to remount the stock muffler. The Remus looks to use a clamped overlap design.

The diffuser is OEM from a 550i. About the clamps, they should work just fine. I remember reading some posts with others with remus exhaust being able to reinstall using the clamps. We can discuss more in details when we meet.
