Metro Police 550i
Shot this while walking around Central Park the other day. Why London Metro Police were driving through Manhattan in their 400hp cruiser beats me, but a cool sight nonetheless

Probably some British hedge fund manager (called Jack) who's found a way to get through the rush hour traffic at speed. Just turn on the lights and siren and the roads clear for ya.

Weird? Obviously way it's genuine (the car, not the photos) not least because its a US spec car? Wonder if it's some TV thing, or maybe an earlier poster was right and someone's using it as a way to get through traffic without risking being accused of impersonating a police officer?
In fact due to budget cuts (and to a certain extent public perception) the police in the UK are being restricted to more standard Vauxhalls and Fords, so there will be far fewer police BMW's around generally, and certainly zero 550i's!
