Window Trim Vinyl Wrap
I was too thrifty to order the shadow line window trim for my car and wanna vinyl wrap my window trim now. Has anyone done it before in Hong Kong? If so please chime in on experience and details.
Called one vendor and quoted $1.6k. Can choose matt or gloss vinyl. Takes about 3-4 hours.

No CF for me, mlai. Do you wanna know? I can ask for you. CF may be not easy to wrap since you have to care about the directions and with all these curves....

i think LACSTER did his before, and he didnt like it, so he just bought it from the dealership and replaced the whole thing.
i think its better off just to buy the trim.

Wrapping costs US$200. To get the shadow line in Hong Kong costs US$1000 without installation. That's why I want to go with the cheap option Alex.
I think Luigi also wrapped his. Have you seen it? Is it good?

Yes Lui did his car and it doesn't look bad. There's some creases but it's not that bad

Mind to let me know where to get the $800 wrap. I got a quote for $1600 from one vendor. Thanks.

RC3, I just did mine for Sgd 250 today on all trims inclusive of door handles and I had my grilles and side indicator cover sprayed Matt black as well. Like the feeling .

I got the aftermarket matt black front grilles and side gills. Have installed the side gills myself but will wait and let the auto shop do the front grilles for me. The matt black is much sicker than the chrome IMO. Made the car more sporty.

+1 Awaiting both of yours photos. RC3, I think the Matt black front grill will look nice on your car, can't wait to see them.. Anybody know if the rear bumper can be wrapped underneath? Thinking to wrap it, as most of other aftermarket diffuser required exhaust change to fit well |

I think most window tint shops can wrap. Just check. There is a shop now in HK which I saw in a magazine which can wrap the whole car. They claimed only 1/3 of the cost for painting the whole car. Some car wrapped with matt black, matt white, even matt green. OMG
