Here the 520d is the most common f10/11 without a doubt. Up until the LCI the 520d was the entry level f10 and for most people buying a f10 the 520d is already pretty expensive, but still fast enough for Norwegian roads.

Europe is so lucky with all the diesel options; too many fools in the US with preconceived notions on diesel. I wanted a 550d so bad!!!
Oh, and I know I said it in my head, but I'll just repeat it here; that red is awesome! |

Imola red is my favorite color.
I really wanted one that looked very much like that. I live in the same city but I have not seen that car yet, some of those pictures (next to the e60) is taken not far from my house |

Just bought it and I am in South-Korea working at the moment so will start one of me detailing it when I get home. Was not a good feeling to get a new car, and a week later leave the country for work for 4 weeks. |

And, in Norway the DOT/DMV has a App that gives you the tech spec of the car if you enter the license plate number. Same service on their web pages as well. Both are 100% free. So fairly easy to look up If you want to know who's the owner, you have to pay a small text message fee. In theory you can also tell if it's a small engine version by looking at the front brakes/brake caliper. But that only tells you that it could be a 518d, 520d or 520i, 523i. |
