535i Megan Quad Sound
Had the Megan system put on a while ago and finally got around to doing a clip of it. Just done with an iPhone so not great quality but should give an idea to any of those looking to have it done. This is after car was run...not a cold start.

Do you have a break down of all the parts needed to convert to the megan system and ballpark cost?

hey sorry for delayed response...not so much of a breakdown to give but here are the basics:
-Exhaust runs about $700 if memory serves correct -Install will depend on shop and etc but its just a cut behind axle to remove stock mufflers and weld to install megan so shouldn't be more than 2 hours or so max. Most shops seem to be $75-$110/hr.

yes...only thing changed was axle back muffler and tips. didn't want to deal with the drone a lot of people complain of after removing resonator.

Is that the M5 rear diffuser on your ride? If so, was there any issues when installing the exhaust?
Thanks

Drone is a very subjective thing...is there increased noise over stock around the dreaded 2000 rpm mark? Sure. Do I mind it or find it annoying...not at all. Best answer would be that if there is what you would personally define as drone it would be minimal at most IMO. Basically not audible over radio at low level.
