My new 2013 AW Msport 535i and new mods
Decided to trade in my 2011 E90 335 early and ordered an F10. Took delivery of it last Thursday. Absolutely loving this car.
Specs- 2013 535i 6spd -Nav -Heated Seats -Driver assistance package -M Sport -Hi Fi Sound system Started modding it the day I took delivery. So far I have installed -BMW Black Performance Grills -Carbon Fiber Fender light trim -Custom Quad tip magnaflow exhaust -550i Rear diffuser to fit the quad exhaust -Debadged the trunk -18x8 M5 Replicas with 245/45 Pirelli Pzero Sotto Zero Serie II Snow tires I still have a carbon fiber performance style rear spoiler to install. BMW Performance Front carbon Fiber splitter. Getting tinted next week and waiting for my H&R springs to show up. Ordering a Jb4 tomorrow and last thing after that I have sitting in the garage a set of 20x9 and 20x10.5 Forgestar F14s that will go on in the spring Here are some pics. Right off the truck prepping before delivery Quad Tip exhaust Snow setup installed Performance Grills Update 3/2/13 Today I removed my M5 rep/winter setup and reinstalled the factory M sport 19s until the roads are 100% clear. Then my forgestars will go on. Also added a carbon fiber rear spoiler. Loving the new look The 2013 GT500 in the background is a little project I am working on Last edited by Juiced46; 03-02-2013 at 05:32 PM.. |

The car looks great; really like the black front kidney grills with white.
Anyone have any shots of something similar with Carbon Black? Thanks!

Carbon Black Metallic w/ Black Kidney Grill
Here's mine. I've told several people that it's one of my favorite parts of the car. The dealer had done it before I got the car, and I'm glad they did.
Not the greatest pic, but I can take a better one outside from farther away if anyone is interested. |

I've seen several threads in which the grille surrounds are painted the body color while the fins are left as-is but this has usually been on darker color cars. Did you consider having your grille surrounds painted AW?

Ive seen a few like you have mentioned. I really do not prefer that look. I like the all black look, to me it looks cleaner |

Can you please take a full view of the car's front..I guess you have an imperial blue? I really want to get black grills but confused how it would look on this colour.

Ordered an AW 535i M Sport as well. Estimated delivery end of February... too long. Debating over the quad exhaust like yours or blacked out tips like the 550i. Very nice setup.

The grill air invention door will be closed when the engine is just started and will be opened after the engine is warm enough! right? But how about the rectangle air invention door that below the grill. I never it is opened! Any brother know that when it is opened??? |
