2011 528i N52 Exhaust Question
I am currently using Eisenmann exhaust axle-back on my 528i, quad system. I want to have something that's different, esp. minimizing the drone when driving on highway.
There are two choices that I'm looking at, between the Meisterschaft GTC (axle-back) and the Magnaflow cat-back exhaust system. Does anyone has experiences on both exhaust systems? Character? Noise? Drone? or simply put the vibrant ultra quiet resonators with my existing exhaust? comments appreciated! Last edited by torino8; 10-23-2012 at 02:26 AM.. |

I have read a lot of reviews complaining about droning with Magnaflow. The reviews have been on 535s not 528s, so who knows what the 528 system might behave like.
Kind of surprised that the Eisenmann drones. Do you have the Performance version or Race. Not sure if both exist for the 2011 528i. |

yeah i heard that rumor too. it's drone a bit but not reached the severe level of drone though, it's only happened in highway around 2.000 rpm. I was planning to go bit quiter..
