M5 Rear Defuser

Anybody know if the new M5 rear defuser is a direct bolt on to a 550XI? (2011).

It is a direct replacement piece if you have the m-sport bumper, however, you will have to do some custom work on the exhaust. Both canisters need to be moved inboard to clear the outer portion of the rear diffuser.

also you will need to measure your mufflers if they are aftermarket to see it they will fit AND allow space to adjust the tips inboard at Andrews states. If they are too big then without major modifications to your car the tips won't clear the M5 rear. Just went thru it with and Eissenman exhaust and M5 rear retrofit. Had to go back to my OEM M sport bumper. Great exhaust tho! Love the sound!
